Trust score

Availability

Available in SDK v1.2+

The trust score capability allows you to calculate an overall trust score for the workflow, up until that point. This allows, for example, defining high-risk and low-risk paths, with further authentication steps for the high-risk path. Alternatively, you can use it at the end of the workflow, to obtain an overall trust score for the individual being identified.

Trust score takes into consideration only the background checks: personal data checks and PEP, AML & Adverse Media checks.

Here's how it works: background checks, after they are done, return a score. You take these scores, weight them (0-5, where 0 is "no impact" and 5 "highest impact"), and then combine them to get a final trust score.

By default, the checks have the same weight.

If the overall score is less than some final value that you have specified, you can set that step to Rejected or Manual review.
